Special Programmes

Our programmes are focused in 3 main areas:

  • ZThe introduction new initiatives and their transition into the business.
  • ZThe annual planning, implementation and review of seasonal services.
  • ZProviding support to the core LSSL operational services unlocking efficiencies, finding synergies and testing of new approaches and ideas.

Programme Management Unit (PMU)

The PMU oversees cross-functional, cross-service, and change initiatives and ensure they support the broader goals of the company. For these programmes and projects, the PMU acts as an information hub coordinating programme and project assurance activities including introducing effective repeatable programme management processes including the scheduling of gateway reviews, as needed.
The PMU also provides support in the form of on-demand expertise, schedules, templates, best practices, access to information and expertise on other LSSL projects, services and initiatives. The aim is to continually focus on benefits and manage risks to improve levels of programme/project success that the project are done successfully with additional coordination and control when it is deemed unnecessary.
